In connection with the sale of regular and rechargeable batteries or the supply of products which contain regular and rechargeable batteries, J. P. Sauer & Sohn GmbH is obligated t o provide users with the following information, in accordance with the Battery Act:
Batteries may not be discarded as household waste. As end users, customers are legally obligated to return spent batteries. After use, customers can return batteries free of charge to the point of sale, or the nearest communal collection point or to a local shop.

Customers can also return spent batteries to us by post.
