§ 1 Competition (Blaser GmbH - Competition Competition)

(1) The competition with a prize draw for items listed on the organiser's website will be held from 22/03/2024 to 25/03/2024 during the "Salon de la Chasse et de la Faune Sauvage" trade fair at the "Sanglier Courant" stand of Blaser Group SAS (8 rue d'italie, 67230 Benfeld). The organiser alone is the promoter within the meaning of § 657 BGB.

§ 2 Participation

(2) Only natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in one of the following countries ("Participants") are eligible to take part in the prize draw: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

No prizes will be paid to participants under the age of 18.

(3) Participation in this competition is free of charge and is not restricted to customers of the organiser and is not dependent on the purchase of a product or service or subscription to the newsletter.

(4) Participation in the prize draw takes place exclusively through participation at the "Sanglier Courant" shooting range of the Blaser Group SAS

To do so, the participant must follow the conditions of participation described in the prize draw. Only those participants who fulfil the conditions of participation described in the description of the prize draw can be taken into account when determining the winner.

(5) The personal details provided by the participant must be true. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the competition and the prize draw in accordance with § 3 paragraph 2 (d) of these conditions of participation. The participant will only be informed of their win by e-mail. We expressly point out that no further confirmation of the winner is required by calling back a premium rate (0900), bulk rate (0137), shared cost (0180) or similar value-added number. Such calls do not originate from the Organiser. Should the participant therefore receive a request to call back to confirm the prize via any means of communication whatsoever, we therefore strongly recommend ignoring this request, as to our knowledge it serves fraudulent purposes.

(6) Each participant only takes part in the competition and the prize draw with a single submitted registration. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple email addresses or names to increase the chances of winning ("multiple registration"). Multiple registrations will result in exclusion from the competition in accordance with § 3 paragraph 4 of these conditions of participation.

§ Section 3 Exclusion from the competition

(1) Employees of the organiser, as well as all other persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and the prize draw, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation in the competition and the prize draw.

(2) In addition, the Organiser reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude participants from taking part in the competition and the prize draw if there are justified reasons, in particular

(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition and the prize draw,

(b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, in particular in the event of false information regarding the possibility of participating in the prize draw.

(c) in the event of unfair behaviour or

(d) in the event of false or misleading information about the participant(s) in connection with participation in the competition and the prize draw.

(3) The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition and the prize draw if this appears necessary for reasons of fairness and equal opportunities vis-à-vis other participants.

(4) The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of multiple registrations.

§ 4 Realisation and processing

(1) Blaser Group SAS will draw lots to decide the winner of the prize draw.

(2) All participants who fulfil the requirements specified under § 2 (2) during the duration of the competition will be entered into the prize draw.

(3) Participation in the prize draw is only valid from 22/03/2024 10:00 (CET) to 25/03/2024 12:00 (CET).

(4) The actual draw for the prize will take place on the working days following the draw day (maximum 15). The winner will be notified by e-mail.

(5) As a rule, the winner of the prize draw will be informed by the organiser exclusively by e-mail within 15 working days of the draw. The claim to the prize arises exclusively upon receipt of the notification of the prize.

(6) The entitlement to the prize shall lapse if the prize cannot be sent within 4 (four) weeks of the first notification of the prize for reasons attributable to the winner.

(7) The item presented visually on the organiser's homepage and on Instagram as part of the competition and the prize draw is not necessarily identical to the item won. In fact, there may be deviations in terms of colour, design, etc. The Organiser may select an item of equal value to the item presented as the prize.

(8) The prizes (non-cash items) will only be delivered to the winner by a forwarding agent, parcel service or post. Self-collection is excluded.

(9) Deliveries in accordance with the above paragraph 8 are free of charge within the Federal Republic of Germany. Any additional transport costs and customs duties incurred shall be borne by the winner. The place of performance shall remain the registered office of the Organiser despite the assumption of the shipping costs.

(10) In the event that the delivery is made by a forwarding agent, the forwarding agent will contact the winner to arrange a delivery date. The prize will only be handed over to the winner in person.

(11) The prizes will not be paid out in cash. This also applies if the prize is no longer available in the version presented (model change, seasonal goods, etc.). The winner will then receive an equivalent replacement or a voucher from the organiser to the value of the original prize. A voucher must be redeemed all at once. Vouchers will also not be paid out in cash.

(12) The claim to the prize or any replacement cannot be assigned.

(13) The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

§ 5 Warranty and liability / complaints

(1) The winner must notify the Organiser of any obvious defects in the prize within 10 days of receipt of the prize. Timely dispatch of the complaint is sufficient to meet the deadline. If the deadline is missed, there are no longer any warranty claims for obvious defects.

(2) The organiser is not liable for damages that may arise due to errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of the technical equipment or service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way during participation in the competition and the prize draw, unless such damages are caused by the organiser (its bodies, employees or vicarious agents) intentionally or through gross negligence or through breach of cardinal obligations. This does not affect damage caused by injury to life, limb or health.

(3) Complaints relating to the implementation of the competition must be submitted to the organiser in writing within 14 days of the reason becoming known. Complaints made by telephone or late complaints will not be considered.

(4) An exchange of the prize received is excluded.

§ 6 Premature termination of the prize draw

The organiser expressly reserves the right to terminate the prize draw without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organiser will make use of this option in particular if, for technical or legal reasons, the proper execution of the competition and the prize draw cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behaviour of a participant, the organiser reserves the right to demand compensation from this participant.

§ 7 Data protection

(1) All personal data of the participant(s) will be processed and used by the Organiser in accordance with the statutory provisions.

(2) The Organiser shall collect, process, use and store the data of the participant(s) provided during registration exclusively for the duration of the competition and the prize draw for the purpose of conducting and handling the competition and shall transmit this data to any transport companies to be commissioned for the aforementioned purpose. The registration data will not be used or stored for other purposes by the organiser or third parties without the express consent of the participant(s).

(3) In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his/her name, place of residence and photo in the advertising media used by the organiser. This includes the announcement of the winner on the organiser's website and its social media platforms.

§ 8 Cancellation

The participant may revoke his/her declared participation in the competition at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details of the organiser given in the legal notice section of the website www.blaser.de. After cancellation of participation in the competition, the participant's personal data collected and stored will be deleted immediately. The participant thereby withdraws from participation in the competition and the prize draw.

§ 9 Facebook disclaimer

This promotion is in no way connected to Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook. There are therefore no legal claims against Facebook. Participation via Facebook is exclusively subject to these conditions of participation.

§ 10 Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram. There are therefore no legal claims against Instagram. Participation via Instagram is exclusively subject to these conditions of participation.

§ 11 Miscellaneous

(1) Questions or complaints in connection with the competition and the prize draw must be addressed to the organiser. Contact details can be found in the legal notice section of the website www.blaser.de

(2) Legal recourse is excluded.

(3) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.

(4) Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these conditions of participation. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.

(5) The conditions of participation and implementation may be amended by the organiser at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. Amendments and ancillary agreements regarding the terms and conditions for prize fulfilment must be made in writing to be effective.
